When you reserve a service, I agree to turn away all other requests for that service at that time.  You agree to pay the rate quoted when you confirmed your appointment.  We understand that appointments may need to be canceled and we require 24 hours notice to rebook your reserved time.  At my discretion, if less than 24 hour cancellation is given, the full service may be charged to you. 

For the convenience of all our guests, I request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off before entering my treatment room. Feel free to give our phone number to anyone that may have to get ahold of you in an emergency.  We will get the message to you in a quick and efficient manner.

Please leave all jewelry and valuables at home, I am not responsible for any lost items.  

Gift Certificates are available for all services or for a monetary value.  There are no cash refunds given for gift certificates.

Gratuties are not included in the price of services, however, not required, but graciously appreciated.  Industry standard is 15-20%.

Cash and good checks only, sorry, we can no longer take credit or debit cards.  There will be a $40 service charge on any returned checks.
